What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is a service charge that provides the exhibitor with their company information in the event’s exhibitor directory, both on the website and in the exhibition guide. It also includes access to the exhibitor’s customer portal service and the ability to send free customer invitations.
Environmental Fee €40
The environmental fee covers the development of the environmental impact of events, including guidance, supervision, and costs such as recycling, energy efficiency, waste management, sorting, and electricity consumption.
What is the secondary exhibitor fee?
The secondary exhibitor fee is a service charge that allows a company, which is located within another exhibitor’s stand, to access the same services as the primary exhibitor of the stand.
What is the corner stand surcharge?
The corner stand surcharge applies to stands located at the corner of a block. These stands have two open sides compared to a regular linear stand. The surcharge is calculated as a percentage of the stand’s area. The corner surcharge is charged for stands up to 50 square meters.
What does “structures over 250 cm” mean?
If a stand has structures or suspensions that exceed the standard height of 250 cm, they are considered additional advertising space. This additional advertising space will be invoiced after the event according to the price list. The stand design must be submitted for approval no later than 30 days before the start of construction. If the structure or suspension exceeding the standard height is planned to be placed less than one meter from a neighboring stand, approval from the neighboring company is required.
